Empathic Culture &
Self-Leading Teams
How might we help organisations 'shift' to an empathic culture and a self-organising model?
Abstract
In changing times as many organisations attempt to transform themselves to a new collaborative empathic culture and self-leadership style, many fail.

In a digital age of rapid technological change and innovation, people are fast realising the importance of emotional intelligence in how we live and work.

Organisations are realising that their top-down models are inefficient, unresponsive and incapable of coping in an increasingly complex, constantly changing world.

The aim of this report is to better understand the qualities and skills that support cultures of high trust and strong character, and self-leading individuals. And with that knowledge create tools to help organisations shift to be more empathic and develop a self-leading model.
